With more than 12 years experience in the Florida property market, the time was right for Clearsky to expand their operations and in 2002 the Clearsky Franchise was launched.

The way in which our beautiful homes are marketed and presented is crucial to success, so it was decided that a franchise would be more appropriate than offering Agency status. It is both enjoyable to run and, just as importantly, profitable with the Clearsky team always on hand to help each franchisee achieve their goals, whatever they may be.

A Clearsky franchise will give carefully selected Franchisees the opportunity to support and promote the ideals and objectives upon which Clearsky's reputation has been built. They will share the opportunity to travel to fantastic locations, meet interesting people and sell a highly desirable product in an ever-expanding market.
